Open role
Intake coordinator
$195,000–$225,000 USD base (high end of US remote benchmark)
Full-time employee (FTE), remote within the United States. Base salary at the high end of competitive US remote benchmarks; equity and benefits discussed at offer.
About this role
Guided discovery, dedupe, and routing into governed packets.
You curate how the Intake coordinator skill behaves in customer workspaces — not by improvising in chat, but by maintaining durable platform artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility: keep your skill set current with best practices for planning, designing, reviewing, implementing, and maintaining best-in-class software — including manifests, checklists, evals, and delegation prompts.
- Own the Intake coordinator skill end to end — platform manifest, Cursor adapter, delegation prompts, and public catalog copy.
- Keep planning, design, review, implementation, and maintenance patterns aligned with current best practices for best-in-class software.
- Maintain checklists, handoff tables, eval fixtures, and truth-matrix language guardrails for your skill.
- Partner with other skill owners on packet lifecycle, human gates, and cross-role rollups.
- Document evidence expectations and validation paths; never invent commands outside project developer context.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software delivery with deep expertise in the discipline this skill represents.
- Production experience in the role you would curate (for example PM, architect, IC engineer, QA, security, or release).
- Strong written specs, ADRs, test plans, or review artifacts you can point to in git.
- Comfort operating async, remote, and US time zones with minimal supervision.
- Track record improving how teams ship — not only personal output velocity.
Nice to have
- Experience with agent-assisted or multi-agent workflows in production.
- Contributions to internal developer platforms, agent OS, or IDE tooling.
- Familiarity with risk-tiered delivery, compliance-sensitive domains, or regulated AI guardrails.
